HOUSE OF ARMACOST
a one night, off-site exhibition of new paintings by David Armacost.
David Armacost is a Baltimore-based painter and co-director of SophiaJacob. Recently, David’s work has been exhibited at the Katzen Museum at American University, and at Gallery CA in Baltimore. His collaborative work, under the name Armacost/Planck has been exhibited at Open Space, The Contemporary Museum, and Nudashank.
This Thursday, BLONDE ART BOOKS will be presenting a display of independent art publications from the inventory as well as recently donated and traded publications from DC and Philadelphia alongside a series of performances, readings and presentations by local Baltimore book-makers and artists.
You are invited to attend this free event and bring recent self-published projects to participate in an informal show&tell. Blonde Art Books will be collecting select publications to be part of an ongoing collection that will travel to future cities on the tour.
